Indica
Most patients find indica strains more relaxing. An indica strain will usually be associated with bodily sensations. Indica strains are often for nighttime use.
sativa
Sativa products usually come with a cerebral feeling. Traditionally, sativa strains are more uplifting and euphoric and are recommended for daytime use.
hybrid
Hybrids are a cross between indica and sativa. Within this subset there can be indica dominant or sativa dominant strains. Some are a relatively even split.
